Finishing radiation therapy and the end of active breast cancer treatment. What's next?

Once you have been diagnosed and lived through breast cancer treatment, you begin to understand that it comes with a lifetime membership. For the next five years, I will be monitored (and self-monitor) for recurrence. For the rest of my life, cancer will be constantly present in the back of my mind. But there are also moments of great gratitude.
